A baking day....

I managed to get hold of some rhubarb in the shops yesterday and so decided to make my Masterchef Rhubarb and orange cake - I had forgotten how easy it was to make and not to mention delicious. Very much a seasonal cake and if you can get the ingredients it is a fab cake to make. Recipe is listed below in an earlier post.
